I've been renting for thirty years and this is by far the nicest place I've lived in, so come and take a look! Worth every penny...and I'm totally harmless. ;-)
Sizeable room in beautiful and spacious house/maisonette. Very quiet, attractive residential area with considerate neighbours, parking, and private storage garage. Five-to-ten minutes from Beckenham Junction or New Beckenham stations (and then twenty minutes travel to Victoria or London Bridge).
Spacious - lots of light, yet cosy. Balcony with attractive views on both sides of house - a real oasis! Large kitchen, large living room. All mod cons: TV, Wi-fi, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. - and even a piano!
