Hello all

Renting out a large ground floor double (4m x 3m) room with bed, wardrobe, wall cabinet, smart TV ... and a desk with chair.
*Renting to females lodger only *.

Looking for polite and friendly person to welcome into our home.

Currently its me, the wife and kids (all - daughters)
There is a large kitchen, gas central heating and instant hot water system.

Shared spaces are kitchen, bathroom, washing machine and garden.
Rent include all bills:

The surrounding area is good, with the local gyms, Rugby, Football and Cricket clubs.
