The rooms would suit a young single professional. We are only focusing on female applicants, both owner and tenant are women, and they would prefer that to continue.

5 minutes walk from Piccadilly line, 15 minutes walk from Brentford station & 25 minutes bus ride from Ealing Broadway (Elizabeth & Central line).

The room is very bright and warm, it has large bay windows and cream curtains (they aren't pictured). It also features a king size bed wooden bed, memory mattress, two large wooden wardrobes (think narnia style), 2 chest of draws, and a cute dressing table with vanity mirror. The room has tons of storage and feels super cosy.

The property would be shared with live in landlord and one current tenant. You will be sharing all the main areas including the bathroom, kitchen, dining room and a garden. The dining room has a dinner table and a sofa, it is only shared between you and the other tenant. The front living room is only for landlords use.

The property owner is my mum and the current tenant has been there for a couple years. Both friendly, clean, and quite. It's a super chilled house, more of a home that just a rental. Ideally would suit someone who is looking for a calm, quite and respectful house to call home.

There is a cat at the property, he adopted us years ago and never left, he is an absolute sweetheart, but likes to live in our garden, so he now has his own little home out there. Due to this no other pets will be considered... And of course if you don't like cats this won't suit you.
