About the Room/ Apartment: 
Hi, me and my housemate are looking for someone to join us to out a double bedroom in a very modern 3 bed apartment with lots of amenities. The room also includes a double bed, bed side tables, black out curtains and a built in wardrobe. 

The apartment also has 1 en-suite and 1 bathroom, an open space living room with a kitchen, 1 balcony, a storage cupboard with a washing machine and 3 bedrooms.

We currently live in the development in a 2 bed but want to find a 3rd person to rent a 3 bed with instead, and they currently have 2 available. The pictures in the ad is of the 2 bedroom we’re currently in but we will update with pictures of the 3 bedroom once we’ve viewed it next week, the places all look almost identical with slightly different layouts.

The kitchen is fitted with most common things and you’re free to use them all.
The rent price is £1000 per month excluding bills for a bedroom without en-suite, and either £1100 or 1150 for the bedroom with a en-suite.
Council Tax band = D
Memento / the landlord will require a reference process but you won’t need to provide any contacts as references.

About the building: 
The apartment is in a very nice building managed by the company Momento with lots of amenities. They have their own gym built on site for all residents to use for free, several large roof terraces with barbecues to use during warmer months, mail room with boxes to receive parcels if you’re not home, receptionist and handyman on site 9 - 6 on weekdays, security on the weekend, co-working pods and lots of large areas for working or just relaxing.

Underground Parking is available but there may be a waitlist (APO charges £150-250 a month for a space).

The building is pet friendly, and we both love pets so would be more than happy with a flat mate bringing in a pet as long as it won’t damage any furniture. 

Also it used to be that around 1 or 2 times a week a food truck will come by where you can buy your own dinner in the courtyard in front of our building and they rotate between a lot of different trucks, it’s a new landlord so it’s unclear whether they’ll continue with this.

There’s also a whatapp group where you can meet new people with similar hobbies if you’d like to do anything specific, for ex. there’s a cozy hobbies group and a bookclub

About the area: 
The building is in a very nice area, with lots of different connections, lots of nice restaurants and with lots of things to do. 
For example almost every Sunday Chiswick high street have a market on and it switches between a Flowers, Antiques, Cheese and a Food market. There’s also one in Chiswick house and garden once a month, Kew also has a market once a month and Richmond has a small one every weekend. 

Kew Gardens is only a short 5 -10 min walk away, and the river an even shorter one. 

Brentford football stadium is next to us if you like football.

There’s a co-op and a coffee truck (with resident discount after 1.30pm) in the building, a local Sainsbury’s and a health store just a 2 - 3 min walk away with a costa right next to it.

There are also several bigger supermarkets in Chiswick, Sainsbury’s and M&S being the biggest but not the only ones. Then a Morrissons and a Lidl in Brentford.
Chiswick is also full of lots other nice types of shops too, all ranging from more well known shops to independent ones, the same is the case for Richmond and recently a few more in Brentford.

Westfields is also a 30 - 35 min bus ride away for shopping, food, cinema, cat cafe, bouldering, sport bar, bowling, crazy golf, social cricket and roller disco. 

Transport etc:
We are right next to Kew Bridge station with trains running between waterloo and Weybridge. Gunnersbury station is also just a 10 - 15 min walk away, for the district line and the overground. 
There’s also buses going to Chiswick, Richmond, White City, Brentford, Hammersmith and more from within a 1 - 2 min walk out the door. 

About us:
I’m Tess, a friendly but quiet person in my mid 30s that work from home in my room 4 days a week. Frankie is also a very friendly person in her late 20s that work from home a few days a week too.
We both like to watch tv, do crafts, chat and have have the occasional cocktail together. It’d be fun for us all to do stuff together but if you prefer keeping to yourself we don’t mind that at all. 

I’m not vegetarian but Frankie is, so we don’t mind having a vegetarian housemate as long as they don’t mind meat cooked and eaten in the house.
