Hey girls, my flatmate is moving out so looking for someone to take over her double room in our flat, located in West London 🥰
📍: It’s 2 bedroom flat located in Chiswick/Kew Bridge area with good transport links to central London. It’s in a very safe area and a part of a new built block of flats with security on site as well as a rooftop terrace, yoga studio, a coworking area and a small gym.

💘: The room is a double with an en-suite bathroom and open plan kitchen/living room. The room is furnished with a bed, two bedside tables, one chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe. The room is available from 10th of January.

💸: Rent for the room is £1281pm not including bills (approx £160pm but changes depending on time of year, it's council tax D) and there’s also a deposit cost.

💁🏻‍♀️: you’d be living with me - hi, my name is Barb, I’m 28 and I work as a marketing executive hybrid from home/the office 2-3 times a day. I like to workout after work (reformer/soulcycle/yoga) as well as have chilled nights in with a girl dinner whilst watching some trash tv shows haha. Ideally looking for someone within the same age who’s tidy and with similar interests, someone who wants to be friends as well as flatmates.
