I'm looking for a housemate willing to move in with me on October 1st. It's a 2 bed and 2 bath, you would just be living with me so you will have your own private bathroom. Both rooms are also very spacious with plenty of space for a desk and beyond. You can have a look at the rough floor plan in this post.

The flat is £2,555 pcm, so it would be either £1,227.50 for the room with access to the family bathroom or £1,327.50 for the room with the ensuite, and a rough estimate of around £1,500 a month per person once bills are added.

Please ignore the messiness in the video as the previous tenants had just left the flat and it will be deep cleaned professionally before we move in. The flat also has two balconies from different sides of the living and dining area so you can enjoy the sunlight for longer throughout the day.

I'm a very positive and driven person that loves to host. So I'm looking for someone that doesn't mind having people over and host gatherings from time to time. However, I also enjoy my quiet time, so someone with a good balance of both these things would be perfect! I want the flat to feel like a home and not somewhere we have to be hypervigilant and constantly worried about disturbing each other, someone who shares this idea would be the perfect fit!
