I'm offering a furnished double room in my modern new-build apartment in Kew Bridge, approximately a 3-minute walk from Kew Bridge Station.
The apartment is still being finished and designed. I've recently painted the bedroom and I'm currently working on the living room and corridors, with the remaining furniture and finishing touches being delivered. I'm taking my time with the design because I want to give the apartment the warm, stylish and luxurious feel it deserves.
The room will be furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and TV, with further finishing touches to complete the space.

Someone who takes pride in their surroundings, keeps shared areas clean and tidy, and respects the fact that this is a home rather than simply somewhere to sleep.
I'm quite particular about keeping the apartment looking and feeling nice, and I'm putting a lot of thought into the design, so I'd like someone who will appreciate that and treat the home accordingly.
Bills included: council tax, electricity, heating, water and Wi-Fi, subject to reasonable household usage.
