I have a lovely bright airy studio sized loft bedroom on the second floor with en-suite bathroom, Juliet balcony, king size bed and lots of hanging space and drawers for clothes etc. in a 4 bedroom house on Sunray Avenue, Bromley, BR28EN.

I am a 44 year old woman living with my 2 daughters, 1 & 4 Yrs old. I’m looking for a lodger who’ll pay £900pm rent. The room will include use of kitchen diner on ground floor and we also provide small fridge, microwave and kettle in the room. We have strong fibre internet and a drive with 2 spaces for off street parking and one in front of the drive.

We have really good transport links, we are 0.8 miles away from Bickley, 1.2 mile away from Petts Wood stations and 5 minutes walk from 336 & 208 bus stops. Bromley south station is also 1.4 miles away and easy to get to by bus.

My Daughters and I sleep on the first floor where there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. We’re really happy laid back household, little bit messy, little bit loud. We mostly spend our evenings at home as a family.

The advert is for a single person only, partners and pets are not permitted and guests may only stay with prior permission due to my small children.

I am looking for a female lodger who is a professional, preferably not working from home (not all the time at least). It would suit someone who needs a short 6 month -1 year let.

I may consider a couple subject to referencing and viewing so please feel free to ask. Rental price would be £1250pm for 2 people though.

I will require a reference and a right to rent check. Deposit is negotiable.
