A huge double room, with a TV. It's on the top floor with its bathroom and shower and is a female-only floor for privacy and convenience.

It is in Sundridge Park, Bromley, with the station at the bottom of the road. A long-term stayer is moving out, so a room has become free. It is a safe space.

The kitchen is spacious, with plenty of space.

It's on a quiet street and is not a party house. People are polite but give each other space. Everyone cleans up after themselves and does not disturb others with the banging of doors, loud music at night etc.

The kitchen is kept immaculate with everyone's help. Dishes, utensils etc. must be and are washed and put away after use, and nothing is left out overnight,
