6 month rental - 5 min walk to train station - OCT

Hello! I am renting out my sons bedroom while he's away on training in America for 6 months. My property is a two bed, duplex over 2 floors. The bedroom comes with it's own private balcony and bathroom.

The property itself includes an open planned living dining area with its own outdoor terrace space which you are free to use also.

I am a YOUNG 62 and work for the NHS. i am looking for someone of a professional and respectable manner who is clean and tidy.

I have 2 cats, and I will be looking after my sons small turtle while he's away.
