Cosy double room close to public transport

Hi,

We gave 2 double rooms available now. In each room, there is a double bed, a wardrobe , a desk and a chair. One room has garden and TV! All bills include: water, electricity, council tax .

The house is close to bus stop and train station. You can take bus 208/320 in front of the house . The train station Beckenham hill is walking distance . From this station you can get to central london within 20 minutes . Bromley south is easy to get to.

Newly decorated bathroom but no cooking facilities, only a microwave , kettle and a fridge. So if you like to cook everyday then it’s not for you.
Short stay only not for long term because my relatives are coming in 2 months time.
