The house
It’s a small 2 bed house with large back garden with seating and veg patch in the making at the bottom.
There is parking outside on the street at no charge.
Close to all transport links Grove Park station is 10 minutes on the bus, buses into Bromley and Lewisham are 5 minutes walk away.
I have one cat also residing with me, so if you have cat allergies it wouldn’t be suitable for you.

Who would be a good fit for my spare room…..
I am looking for a single female renter who wants a place to stay on a longer term basis please, , I live alone and I’m seeking someone who can be respectful of my religion Islam, and the things I abstain from including some foods.
The ideal person is someone who loves things to be clean and tidy as I keep the home cleaned to a very high level, , you would be responsible for cleaning of the room you rent, and things you use.
I need someone who is quiet, must be easy going, kind, caring and friendly, responsible.
You must be none smoking none drinker of alcohol or if you do, at least not to excessive levels, and not be a party person, as this definitely isn’t a party house.

THE ROOM
The room is a single room with two double wardrobes, a set of drawers and bedside table with a lamp, a full length mirror, side table, plus some built in shelving. A new single bed with drawers and mattress.
The room has been decorated and the carpet cleaned recently.
No need to bring anything with you except personal belongings as everything you need is already in the property.
I have very very limited storage so the ideal person doesn’t have tons of belongings.
Must be willing to provide references and uk citizenship .
If you hold a current DBS that’s a bonus.
