A reduced rate will be considered for Mon-Fri lodgers.

Bromley South Station is 12 minute walk away, serving regular 16 minute fast trains into Victoria, and 30 minute stopping services into Victoria or Blackfriars.

Room is furnished with double bed and mattress, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

You'll be sharing with myself, as the live in landlord. I am a full-time Emergency Service worker.

I have lived in the flat since new and it comes with all the appliances you would expect.

I am looking for a clean, consciousness and respectful flatmate, who must be LGBT friendly.

You'll be expected to keep your bedroom & bathroom clean and tidy, and cleaning of communal areas will be shared.

Afraid I am unable to consider couples, smokers, drug users or those in receipt of housing benefit. You must be in full-time employment and must not solely WFH.
