Double furnished room in family home - Bills Inc

Lovely bright furnished bedroom in family home. Current occupants include a 4 year old little girl named River :) who just started school & a bouncy Pomeranian puppy! Our home is child & both cat and dog friendly & tenants should be comfortable with that. We do however respect your private and personal space and create a well balanced environment throughout the home. I work at home so would prefer someone who works / studies out of the house during the week.

Closest station is Burnt Oak northern line which takes around 20 mins direct to Camden & 25 mins direct to kings cross, Also
Queensbury station Jubilee line is a 15 minute walk away

Our home:
comes with separate downstairs toilet as well as a main shared bathroom upstairs, large garden, driveway, free on street parking, local shops / doctors bus route, 5 minute walk, burnt oak high street 10 min walk

It’s important that a potential housemate be considerate of others and happy to both pleasantly socialise and also keep to themselves. Clean and tidy with good house manners is a must.

I am incredibly friendly and easy going, the house is quiet and relaxed 99% of the time even with a young child! Im a creative in my spare time and love to spend time with friends and family on weekends. Anything else feel free to ask :)
