House is conveniently located to public transport, giving great access to central London, Heathrow, Stratford. Supermarkets are no more than 5 minutes away as well as a number of eating places. Gym is a 20 minute walk away or 5 min bus journey. You will have access to Romford and Westfield for shopping.
