Hi, I live in Hook Chessington in a lovely tree lined road best in the area. I have a large, bright, warm, self contained double room as a single let. The pictures really don't do it justice. I am looking for someone who is quiet and courteous and wishes to lodge respectfully. Room to be redecorated next week. Comprises of a double bed and wardrobe space, drawers and desk like dresser and the bathroom is a large walk in digital shower and toilet shared with just one other. There is plenty of space and storage. Shared use of kitchen, full amenities, with own fridge, lounge if needed and garden. Miele washing machine. Property is well maintained, cleaned weekly and garden tidy. Parking is on the road, or on drive. Local railway station within walking distance, buses frequently to everywhere, including Surbiton to Waterloo, 20 minutes bus to Kingston University, close to Hook Parade shops. Bills included with very high broadband speed. John Lewis bed.
