Short term let in Chislehurst, beautiful area

Hey! I have a furnished room available within my 2 bedroom flat for a friendly, tidy/clean flatmate who might be looking for somewhere short term to rent. The room is available for up to 4 months, possibly up to 6. Bills and WiFi are included.

The room is a comfortably sized double in a chilled flat located in the beautiful, leafy suburb of Chislehurst, Bromley.

The flats are calm and residential, tucked away from the road in with a beautiful garden at the back (not attached to the flat but available for residents to use privately) — ideal for someone who likes greenery and values peace/quiet.

It's within walking distance of easy transport links to Central London. Elmstead Woods station is a 10-15 min walk with trains to London Bridge taking 22-25 mins. Bickley station is a 30 min walk/5 min drive with trains to Victoria 26-34 mins. There is parking available on the road but not within the flats.

A built in wardrobe with shelves, very comfortable double bed and a chest of drawers, long mirror and desk are included. I can pop any of that in storage if needed (except the built in wardrobe, obviously).

There is a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. The living room turns into a nice zen sun trap. The kitchen has all the main useful bits needed. I own a copious amount of plants and still frequently wander home with new ones for the collection, so if you're not a fan of plants, this may not be for you.

I am a sociable, easygoing TA Manager who works remotely full time, so heads up that I am in the flat a fair bit but also go out and about to socialise. The flat itself is very much a chilled, no-party space, but I'm usually keen to hang out, grab food or go out for a beer or walk etc. I am a fiend for exercise, love CrossFit and running which might be a plus if you're into that too!

I am very clean and tidy so would be very keen for someone that keeps on top of things too!
