THE HOME
I’m not the landlord, I have the tenancy and looking for someone who values a clean and tidy home to rent the spare room.
Being comfortable around dogs is important, he is a medium sized friendly dog and well trained 🐾

The bedroom advertised is on the lower floor, my bedroom is upstairs, giving a nice sense of privacy. However there is another spare room upstairs if you would prefer, that one? happy to discuss at viewing.

Everything you need is on your doorstep: Sainsbury’s Local, cafés, restaurants, pubs, gym, Pilates, boxing and more - while Trent Park is just a 10-minute walk for open space and greenery.

THE ROOM
The room is bright with two large windows and includes:
• Double bed with 4 drawers for storage
• Bedside table

• Mini fridge
• Space to bring own furniture.

You’ll also have your own kitchen cupboard and room in the fridge freezer and
Beldray’s drying pod for drying clothes.
There’s additional storage space if needed. The place has high ceilings and lots of natural light and there’s an electric shower over the bath.
As it’s on the high street, there is traffic noise. If you prefer - there is a spare bedroom upstairs is on the other side which is quieter and away from the traffic.
