This bedroom is on the lower floor, other bedrooms are upstairs, giving a nice sense of privacy.

Everything you need is on your doorstep: Sainsbury’s Local, cafés, restaurants, pubs, gym, Pilates, boxing and more - while Trent Park is just a 10-minute walk for open space and greenery.
Excellent transport links:
• Cockfosters Station – 5 min walk
• Oakwood Station – 15 min walk
• M25 – 10 min drive
• Bus stops – 2 min walk

THE ROOM
The room is bright with two large windows and includes:
• Double bed with 4 drawers for storage
• Bedside table
• Tall drawers and clothes rail
• Mini fridge
• Space to bring own furniture.

You’ll also have your own kitchen cupboard and room in the fridge freezer and
Beldray’s drying pod for drying clothes.
There’s additional storage space if needed. The place has high ceilings and lots of natural light and there’s an electric shower over the bath.
As it’s on the high street, there is traffic noise. If you prefer, there is a spare bedroom upstairs is on the other side which is quieter and away from the traffic..

SHARED HOME
I’m not the landlord but do have the tenancy and I live here with one other person. We keep a clean and friendly home, enjoy chatting & occasionally socialise, but we also respect each other’s space. We don’t mind who we share with male or female of any age, we are neurodiverse looking for someone who values a clean and tidy home, a dog lover and is happy to share responsibility for communal areas.
As a very special dog who loves attention also lives here, being comfortable around dogs is important. 🐾
