Spacious and bright double room available on Cockfosters high street - just a 5 minute walk to Cockfosters tube station (Piccadilly Line)

The bedroom is on the lower floor and my room is upstairs, giving a nice sense of privacy.

THE ROOM
The room is bright with two large windows and includes:
• Double bed with 4 drawers for storage
• Bedside table
• Tall drawers and clothes rail
• Mini fridge
• Space to bring own furniture. (Tv & canvas in pic not included)

You’ll also have your own kitchen cupboard and room in the fridge freezer and
Beldray’s drying pod for drying clothes.
Additional storage space can be arranged if needed. The place is spacious with high ceilings and lots of natural light and there’s an electric shower over the bath.

As it’s on the high street, there is traffic noise at the rear, but there is also a quiet spare double upstairs if preferred.

SHARED HOME
I live here with one other lodger on the same floor. We keep a clean and friendly home, enjoy socialising occasionally, but we also respect each other’s space. I’m looking for someone who values a clean and tidy home and is happy to share responsibility for communal areas.
A very special dog also lives here, so being comfortable around dogs is essential 🐾

I’m a tenant (not the landlord) looking for a lodger. Must have right to rent. Not ideal for full-time WFH.
