You will have cupboard space in the kitchen and room in the freezer and fridge. Beldray’s drying pod system clothes airer for drying clothes. Other storage space can also be made available if needed.
Good hygiene and cleanliness is required, I like to live in a clean home so it’s important that you do too and expect you to contribute to keeping the place clean and tidy. Washing hands after using the toilet & cleaning the kitchen, toilet and bathroom after use is non negotiable! particularly the bath!
The place is quite big, with high ceilings and plenty of light in the rooms. It’s located on the high street so there is traffic noise at the back of the property.
The location has best of both worlds. Close to all amenities and to open spaces and nature. Sainsbury’s local, restaurants, coffee shops, pubs, gym, pilates, plenty of sports - boxing, rugby, football, etc. all on the doorstep. also close to nature with lots of open spaces, fields and woods nearby. Trent park only a 10 minute walk away.
A very special dog also lives here who is a big part of the home, so if you’re not comfortable around dogs, this isn’t the right place for you 🐾
We love animals and would love to welcome more pets, unfortunately another dog or a cat wouldn’t be possible, but would welcome other types of smaller pets. We are a neurodiverse and natural household, like to keep the home free from chemical fragrances and use natural products and cleaners.
I’m not the landlord of the property but it is my tenancy and looking for another person to share on a lodging type basis. Must be legal with right to rent. Not really suitable for full time WFH
