Warm and friendly household

This would be a very warm and friendly none smoking household

Your actual room is a single room, fully furnished with a single bed, fitted wardrobes and a desk.

There is a big open plan kitchen diner with a tv in it. There are French doors which open to the garden.

I would be sharing living spaces but require some privacy when ask, i have two cats don't get in the way.

Cockfosters is only a short 10 minute walk away and Oakwood station is just 5 minutes away.
