This is because the two large room occupants will have sole use of the property the majority of the time.

The landlord lives adjacent to the property in an annex she has her own entrance and garden. She is an elderly Caribbean lady that enjoys a bit of music and animals.

Myself and her daughter manage the property on her behalf and would like to find suitable people that would keep an eye on her and possibly help her with the shared bins if needed.

This is not part of the agreement but would like to find people that are kind and would help her if she was in need.

Me and her Daughter would have use of the 3rd bedroom when we are in London.

The property has one large shared bathroom and one downstairs toilet.
