Double Room Near Upney Station- (Female Preferred)

I have a lovely furnished bedroom in a quiet neighbourhood. The house is roomy with good storage space. I am not a difficult landlord just looking for a responsible FEMALE lodger who would treat my home like their own.

The bathroom is a bit tired but that's a temporary situation. It's a work in progress! I am actually doing rennovations during the summer so there will be wet paint on occasion.

I am based 10 mins from Upney tation- (District line) and 20 mins into London. Barking station has access to the underground, C2C to Fenchurch street and the Overground.

Tesco is 10 mins away and there are shops round the corner.

I need one months rent upfront and £350 security deposit.
