We have two rooms available in our family home on Baron Road from 15 January 2027. We’re looking for friendly, tidy and considerate women who would enjoy sharing a home with a young family.

First-floor en-suite room: £1,000 per month
A bedroom with its own private en-suite bathroom. All bills included.

Ground-floor room: £850 per month
A bedroom with the bathroom directly opposite, just across the hallway. This room is not en suite. All bills included.

About the household:
You’ll be sharing with me, my wife and our baby daughter. This is our family home, so it would suit someone comfortable living with a young baby and happy to keep shared spaces clean and respect everyone’s privacy. We both work full time and are in office 3 days of the week.

We’d love to find people who feel comfortable and at home here, with a friendly atmosphere and consideration for one another.

Both rooms are available separately, and applications are welcome from women interested in either room or two female friends looking to move together.

About the Area:
Its a 7 min walk to chadwell heath station (elizabeth line) taking you to liverpool street in 25 mins and paddington in 38 mins.

Green lane in close proximity having shops, restaurants and post office in minutes walk away.

Big Tesco, Lidl, Iceland, Home Bargains and other big retailers just a 10 min bus away.
