Looking for a working professional flatmate for a double bed en-suite room 0.2 miles away from eastcote pinner tube station. Both metropolitan and piccadily line operates from this station. The gated community is posch and right on the high street opp. Tesco and beside the famous Ascot pub. Eateries/costa/pubs/salons etc. are just a few steps away from the flat. The en-suite room is furnished with 3 door sliding wardrobe with mirror, double bed with mattress and study table + chair.
About me:
I am a 42 yr old Indian man working in IT. My family is leaving for good on sep as such looking for a flatmate to share the flat. All the furnitures and all are mine and ready to use. The flat is on the 1st floor having a lift as well. The flat has fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washer cum dryer, a living room with TV and soundbar and a sofa.
Everything is well equipped so no need of upfront investment and also open to include the name in the rental agreement.
