Price is £700 per month for one room and £720 for the other double room.

I have successfully rented both rooms to multiple lodgers with long tenures.

I kindly ask that you maintain your room and clean up in the kitchen :))

Free on street parking is available.

The house consists of a modern bathroom, large modern kitchen and a garden.

There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the kitchen, provided for you to use whilst living here.

9 minutes walk from
Queensbury Tube Station
(Jubilee Line) and shops/restaurants
18 minutes walk to Edgware Tube Station (Northern Line) Shops/restaurants.

We would like references from your workplace and previous landlords. Right to work in the UK documents.

Only 20mins on the tube to central London, Gym across the road and Canons Park which is beautiful and just a 10min walk.
