We have a spacious double sized room available to rent in a clean, friendly & quiet house for *ONE FEMALE ONLY*. The room is furnished with built-in wardrobes, a double sized bed with mattress, electric blinds, clothes drying rack & a portable heater, incase you need even more heat for the winter.

Were looking for a friendly female tenant to join our home, who is clean, tidy, reliable, respectful, trustworthy & a non smoker.
This property is also suitable for a mature student or professional let. We kindly request that you provide references from your employer, if you are employed. We also ask for a previous landlord reference (if applicable), Driving License ID if you drive, Passport ID & 3 months payslips or bank statements. We will also like to interview our tenant before joining us.

Rent payment, will be £800 pcm and we require 1 months deposit (£800). If you are a student, we would require proof such as, a Student Card ID and a letter from your University stating name, details & length of course.

The house is a 7 minute walk to Queensbury Underground Station (zone 4 Jubilee line). We don't have an additional parking space but we can happily arrange something if you do have a car. There are plenty of spaces on our road.

We’re located 2 minutes away from Mollison Way Parade, where you can find: grocery shops, post office, Tesco Express, GP surgery, a few restaurants & more. There are also 2 bus stops located on the parade (114 towards Harrow & Mill Hill).
