​The Room & Rent:
We have a single furnished room available immediately in a large, welcoming vegetarian home. The monthly rent is £650, which conveniently includes all utility bills (water, gas, electricity, internet). A security deposit of £650 is required upon move-in.
​Connectivity & Location:
The property boasts great transport facilities, being conveniently close to both the Jubilee and Northern Line tube stations, making commuting very easy.
​The House & Amenities:
This house is designed for comfort and shared living. As a resident, you'll share a large kitchen, two luxurious bathrooms, and benefit from a dedicated shared office space, a comfortable TV room, and a large living and dining room. Outside, you'll have access to a beautiful garden and there is plenty of driveway space for your scooter. Furthermore, a large loft is available for storing extra baggage or seasonal items.
​Current Occupants:
The household currently consists of three other residents: an Indian lady in her mid-20s, and an Indian couple in their early 30s.
​Important House Rules (Vegetarian Household):
To maintain the environment of the home, we strictly adhere to the following:
​Vegetarian Only: No meat, fish, or eggs are permitted to be cooked or consumed inside the house.
​No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
