Looking for a housemate 😊

Hi everyone!

I’m looking for a housemate for this amazing, modern flat in Edgware, from 1st August The place is in a residential, quiet area surrounded by parks and conveniently located a 10mins walk from Stanmore Station and within 15mins of Edgware station. There is also a bus stop 2mins away from the block. Both Edgware and Stanmore have the usual amenities (gym, shops, restaurants…) and there is a small Tesco and a few shops just moments away from the flat.

The room is decent-sized with a big window, and includes a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed and bedside table And en-suite. The flat has a balcony, communal garden and dedicated, underground secure car park spot, as well as the usual appliances you’ll need: washing machine, fridge, freezer, dishwasher…

My name is Darren I’m a professional working in retail very laid back and easy going, and I tend to get along with everyone. I like watching TV shows/films and playing games on my PS5 I also like meeting new people and making friends I’d like to keep the flat tidy and clean, and to make this place a home we enjoy coming back to after work. Ideally looking for someone who, like me, has their own life but still wants a flatmate who they can get along with, and hopefully build a friendship.

Non-smokers and no pets, please (sorry!). Also, I am looking for someone who, like me is looking for a home and to build a good friendship 😊

Rent is £850 per month including all bills except council tax (£107 a month each) and TV License (if you have a TV) are separate.
