Hi,
I have a Single En-suite in a vegetarian house with a private entrance (as good as a studio) with a microwave, fridge and a wardrobe inside the room. I'd prefer someone vegetarian however that would not be a deal breaker. There is no access to the kitchen though.
It's a very quiet and a cozy place to stay in, and the rent inclusive of all the utility bills (electricity, underfloor heating, water & council tax) is £600 pm or £140 per week for a single occupant. The house is about 5-7 minutes walk from Queensbury station.
