We are a very friendly and easy-going household of five, looking for a professional or student tenant for longer term rents of 6 months+ please.

The room has a double bed, two bedside tables with storage in each and lighting, an inbuilt cupboard and a large antique wardrobe for hanging plenty of clothes and additional storage.

The house itself is also newly renovated and there is a new shared shower room with toilet just near the bedroom. There is a spacious shared living room, dining room and kitchen with two fridges for extra food storage, cooker/oven, microwave, air fryer, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher.

We have a good sized wide garden with patio, decking and outdoor seating for relaxing and an outbuilding for storage. The outbuilding is spacious enough for storing a reasonable quantity of additional belongings. There is free on street parking outside.

There is a beautiful quiet park behind the house which has an outdoor gym, large nature pond, waterfall and a stream. There is also lovely woodland nearby for walks.

Local amenities include a run of shops within 10 minutes walk, which include a Tesco express, pharmacy, post office, bakery, fruit and veg shop, Chinese and pizza takeaway’s, launderette, beauty salon, kosher food store and cafe, off-license and other supermarkets.

The house has fantastic travel access, located within two minutes walk of a bus stop from which you can access across London and to Hertfordshire. It is a short drive or bus ride or 20 mins walk to Edgware town centre and Northern line tube station and also a similar distance to Mill Hill Broadway which has lovely shops, cafes and restaurants and supermarkets and an overground fast train line to London St Pancras and Farringdon (20 mins), South London and north to Luton Airport (30 mins). We are also only a very short car drive from both the M25 and M1 motorways.
