Quiet House, Quiet Street.

Hi, I have a room available that would ideally suit a single working professional who is looking for somewhere peaceful to relax after work, in a quiet house, with two shy rescue cats and one shy owner :)

Ideally, a female lodger, though please don’t feel discouraged if this doesn’t align with your gender.. I just wanted to be honest about my preference. Gentlemen welcome.

The two cats are female, calm and gentle, but both ‘scardy cats’ for sure! They may take a while to warm up to you (if you want that, otherwise they are happy to do their own thing).

- Double bedroom
- Large bathroom: shower and WC (the shower is exclusively for the use of the lodger).
- Large Kitchen
- Garden
- All bills included
- Cleaner included: (every fortnight, they will clean the shared areas, and your room if permitted).
- Fast, unlimited wifi
- 6 Mins walk door to platform at Edgware Tube station, 3 mins from Sainsburys and Broadwalk shopping centre.
- Quiet leafy street

You would mainly have the ground floor to yourself, most of the time. Kitchen, garden, utility room and ground floor WC are shared. Your room, and the shower on the first floor would be exclusively yours although the rest of that bathroom would be shared (but rarely used by me).

On street parking, permits are required but this could be arranged if needed.

Smoking, outside only.
