The double room is available for a single person at £750, or for a couple at £950. All utility bills are covered, including Wi-fi. House is located in a and desirable area of Edgware and it is in a safe quiet neighbourhood with respectable neighbours. The location is equidistant 20 mins walk to Edgware Tube Station and Mill Hill Broadway Rail Station. There are numerous buses from 8 mins walk. As a strict vegetarian and devout Hindu Landlord, the prospective tenant should not consume meat, fish, poultry or eggs within the household. Smoking is permitted outside of the property, but strictly no smoking in the house. The tenant will have use of a shared kitchen and bathroom only.

All applicants will be vetted for eligibility to stay in the UK and must have valid visa's for their desired tenure. They must also pay one months rent as deposit in advance.
