👋I'm an NHS doctor and I've just bought my first flat and I'm looking for someone to share it with from 5 November.

Looking for a working professional or postgraduate who keeps things clean and considerate. Healthcare people are very welcome, since we'll understand each other's shifts.

- Open-plan living room with windows on three sides, so it's full of light all day, plus a separate dining area
- Modern kitchen with integrated oven and hob, and plenty of storage
- Your room: a double, freshly furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk
- Modern tiled bathroom with a rainfall shower over the bath, shared with just me
- Very energy-efficient, so will be nice and warm throughout the winter

Location 🚇
- Edgware station (Northern line), about a 10 min walk: direct to Camden, Euston, King's Cross, the West End and Bank, plus the Royal Free at Belsize Park
- Mill Hill Broadway (Thameslink), about 15 min walk: fast trains to St Pancras and Farringdon, and direct to Luton and Gatwick airports ✈️
- Shops, supermarkets and gyms in Edgware, and cafés in Mill Hill, both close by
- Green space nearby for runs and walks, and Wembley is easy to reach for big events

Rent & bills 💷
£900 a month, all bills included: council tax, fast Wi-Fi, electricity and water. There's nothing extra to split or chase.
Deposit: half a month's rent
Parking space available for £50/month if you need it

My week is a mix of clinical and academic days, which means I am at work most of the time. When I am around, I'm sociable and like to keep busy. I play and watch sports, go to the gym, travel when I can, and I love music and the cinema. It would be great to live with someone I can catch a match, a film or a gym session with. Just as important, I value having my own space and quiet time, and I'll respect yours.
