Sunny loft with ensuite

The Room & Space

Available now is a premium, sun-drenched double size loft room with its own private en-suite bathroom. Situated at the top of the house, it offers excellent privacy, a bright and airy atmosphere, and plenty of space.

The house features a massive shared kitchen with beautiful timber worktops—perfect for cooking—plus a separate utility room, meaning laundry day stays completely out of your kitchen space. You will also have full access to a lovely, sunny backyard.

The Location & Commute
• 5-minute walk to Edgware Station (Northern Line terminal). Because it is the start of the line, you are guaranteed a seat on your morning outbound commute!
• Unbeatable amenities: Minutes away from the Broadwalk Shopping Centre, local high street shops, gyms, and the local council leisure centre (complete with swimming pools).

The Housemates
