A clean and comfortable house, with fully equipped kitchen (so you don’t have to bring a thing), a shared dining area, a main bathroom (with shower, toilet and sink) plus a secondary service toilet (with toilet and sink).
There is a lovely garden that has a covered area with seating, which is wonderful no matter the weather, which opens to a park at the back.
The road is quiet, with little traffic, with Paid parking on the street.

We have two friendly outdoor cats, so animal lovers a must.

Current Housemates:
You will be sharing with 3 friendly working professionals in their 30s and 40s (2 females and one male). We work in different industries and we have different schedules, so we respect each other’s privacy and quiet time. But when it does happen that we are all home, we do enjoy a chat over a glass of wine or cooking together.

Transport Links:
Mill Hill Broadway train station is 5 minutes walk (via the park), with trains into Central London in under 30 minutes. There are also plenty of buses for local links or connecting to the Northern line via Burnt Oak or Edgware.

Local Amenities:
The vibrant Mill Hill Broadway Highstreet is a10 minutes walk from the house and has supermarkets (Tesco Express, M&S Foodhall, Iceland), cafes, restaurants, gyms and loads of lovely parks.
