We have two friendly outdoor cats.

The room is clean, cozy, and nicely decorated with a comfy small double bed. It has plenty of storage for one person: wardrobe, chest of drawers, under-bed storage and shoe rack.

The house is clean & quiet, with a relaxing garden with a seating area. The garden opens up to a park at the back, which is very pleasant, especially in sunny weather.

The kitchen has 2 new Large Fridge Freezers and is all kitted out with cooking trays, pans, utensils and serving dishes (you dont have to bring a thing).

There is a laundry area with a washing machine.

The shared dining room has a lovely large table.

There is a main bathroom, with a shower cabin, toilet and sink and an extra service toilet (so no waiting around if in a rush in the mornings).

The road is quiet, with little traffic.
Paid parking on the street.

Local travel links include Mill Hill Broadway trains into London only 5 mins walk away and plenty of bus stops all around for local links or connecting to the Northern line via Burnt Oak station.
