The room is well decorated and furnished with a double bed with pocket sprung mattress and ample storage that includes two wardrobes and a large storage unit. There is also a roomy desk and chair.
Rent includes bills - Electricity, Gas, Water, Council Tax, TV Licence and Wi-Fi Internet.
The current tenants are a sociable group who share responsibilities for communal areas, including the gardens. They are also respectful of each other's space and privacy.
Communal areas include a bathroom with wash basin and large shower cubicle, separate toilet and a roomy kitchen/diner with access to the garden. The kitchen is well equipped and has plenty of food storage space consisting of cupboards and two large fridge freezers.
Please note that smoking is not allowed inside the property.
The house is on a quiet street a five minute walk from Elm Park Underground Station – 40 minutes to Central London. The local shopping centre has a variety of shops and take-aways including Tesco, Sainsbury's, Co-op and Costa. Hornchurch High Street and Romford have larger stores, restaurants, cinemas and a market and are both within easy reach by bus.
Elm Park is on the 365, 252, 165 and 372 bus routes providing easy access to Queens Hospital, Lakeside Shopping Centre and Romford Mainline Station which gives fast access to Liverpool Street.
Harrow Lodge Park, which is a short walk from the house, is a great place for exercise. It also has a new leisure centre with gym and swimming pool.
