A double room is available now. All are fully furnished with bed, wardrobe and bedside-table and facing garden. The bills includes internet, water and council tax. Gas and electricity are to be shared-on average it’s nearly £25/month in the summer, and less than £50/month in the past 3 years. The length of the rent may be able to be flexible.
