Private furnished double bedroom in a shared home. Advertised rent is for 1 guest. There is an extra charge of £300 a month for an extra guest. Total rent for 2 guests is £1100 negotiable.

You get access to the shared spaces: bathroom, kitchen, conservatory, dining, garden but not the living room. Guests are responsible for cleaning after themselves as soon as using shared spaces, especially bathroom and kitchen in respect of other guests (we do not charge for cleaning after guests). Guest must clean and mop bathroom and kitchen once a week.

The listing is for 1 guest and there’s an extra £15 per night for extra one guest (negotiable). There’s also a £50 charge for lost house keys as they are security keys and a minimum number have to be ordered.
