The lodger should be in full employment, clean and tidy as this house is regularly cleaned by the resident landlady. 7 minutes walk or 1 minute bus ride to Enfield Lock train station or 10 minute walk to Turkey Street station, both heading to the city or the other way. All buses close by, as well as shops and restaurants.
No bicycles allowed! Short Lets available (3 months minimum, deposit lost otherwise). Please, NO TIME WASTERS!
