Description
Looking for a comfortable and stylish place to call home? A double room is available in a garden flat with lots of character.
If you are a respectful, clean, smiling female, with ideally an environmental consciousness, and someone who enjoys conversations and is open to do activities together (e. g.: walking in the park, cooking together and having a dinner maybe once a week), we will definitely get on. Please get in touch!
Located on Southbury road, the flat is surprisingly very quiet and close to all local amenities, shops, restaurants and transport links - 8 minutes walk to Enfield Town Station.
The garden is a little treasure and an oasis of beauty, including a patio, perfect for eating outside.
The room has ample storage (including 2 big wardrobes), a standing mirror, shelves, a chair and a desk.
As for me, I am French, full of joie de vivre and caring. I meditate and practise yoga. For a living I teach in universities.
