The room is situated on the raised ground floor of the house, is fully furnished, with four large drawers under bed, tallboy chest of drawers, two seater armchair and the wardrobe will be installed before you move in.
On the lower ground floor is the shared kitchen-diner and bathroom with shower, bath and toilet facilities. There is access to a courtyard garden from the kitchen.
I live in the property, along with a female lodger and my teenage daughter.
