I’m looking for one female lodger who is clean, respectful and considerate. I would be happy to consider both female professionals and female students.

You will be sharing the home with me, so I’m looking for someone who enjoys a clean, peaceful and respectful living environment.

The kitchen and other shared areas will be shared.

• Broadband/Wi-Fi

3 to 4 month stay only – this is a short-term lodger arrangement and would suit someone who needs somewhere comfortable for a temporary period.

I am looking for someone who is clean, tidy, considerate and respectful of the home.

A deposit of £1,000 will be required, along with the first month’s rent, and a simple lodger agreement will be provided.

Proof of identity will be required before the arrangement begins.
