The Setup: You will be sharing the flat only with me (the live-in female landlord). Because you have your own dedicated bathroom, the only communal space we will share is the kitchen.
Location: Quiet residential area in EN2, near Chase Farm Hospital.
What I'm Looking For: A clean, trustworthy, and respectful female professional (or student). This is a low-social, quiet household focused on rest and privacy, rather than a busy communal house share.
House Rules: Single occupancy only. To maintain a quiet, predictable sanctuary for both of us, there is a strict no overnight guests and no smoking policy.
Rent: £850 per month (all bills included).
