Lovely bright room (South facing) in 3 bed end of terrace house with garden, 5 mins from Turkey Street station, shared bathroom and kitchen, all bills included, female only to share with owner, must have employer reference

Double room for single occupancy in a quiet house, sharing with owner and 1 child (girl age 10). Just a 5 min walk from Turkey Street station.

Cosy end of terrace house, clean and lived in. Rear garden overlooked by trees. Shared kitchen and bathroom, furnished bedroom with new bed and mattress. On street parking. As this is our family home, I’m looking for someone friendly, respectful, tidy and considerate. No visitors or overnight guests please except by prior agreement. We are a mainly vegan household so a vegan/ vegetarian would be preferred, or if not you would need to agree not to cook raw meat please.
