Two rooms available on the top floor of a house, just a 2-minute walk from Gordon Hill train station.

The rooms are available for a fixed six-month rental period while I am away travelling.

Although only one bedroom is being rented, the tenant will have exclusive use of both rooms throughout the six-month period. The second room can be used however suits you best, whether as a home office, dressing room, study or separate living space.

The Rooms
Furnished double bedroom with double bed, built-in wardrobes and chest of drawers.
Second room available for sole use, with flexibility to furnish and use as you wish.
Both rooms located on the top floor, offering additional privacy.

Shared Areas & Facilities
Shared kitchen, bathroom and living room.
Separate downstairs toilet.
Cleaner visits every two weeks.

2-minute walk to Gordon Hill train station.

About the Household
Works five days a week and have a fairly busy schedule, including playing sport most Saturdays.

A family dog will occasionally stay at the property, so the tenant would need to be comfortable around dogs.

Looking for someone who is clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces. The house is generally quiet and relaxed, with plenty of opportunity for privacy and independence.

Rental period: Six months maximum (fixed term- negotiations possible).
