Please note that we are hotel establishment, you will be engaged in a licence agreement with us. 20% VAT applicable for the first 28 days consecutive stay. For 3 months+ consecutive stay, we will rebate the paid VAT towards your 3rd month bill. Therefore for 3 months+ consecutive stays, the cost is same as NO VAT.

Stays for less than 1 month are available at our normal hotel daily rate.
