Please note: Your stay will be contracted by a hotel guest licence agreement with us, this is not to be confused with a tenancy agreement, in which your hotel stay should be temporary and is not intended to replace your permanent residence. 20% VAT applicable for the first 28 days consecutive stay. For 3 months consecutive stay, we will rebate the paid VAT towards your 3rd month bill. Therefore for 3 months consecutive stays, the cost is same as NO VAT subject to T&C.
