Bright, cheerful double, garden views

I'm offering a bright, spacious room with an en-suite bathroom in a 3-bed, 2-bathroom with stunning garden. It feels like living in a French village opposite Hanworth Park. The room has lovely views, comes with a double bed, double wardrobe, desk and armchair, but happy to reconfigure as needed.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a 5-hob gas cooker, there's a separate living room, a large bathroom with bath and shower, 2 double rooms and a single room that I use. The back garden is called The Orchard and it's beautiful and peaceful. I find the whole flat cheerful, bright and airy.

The location: It's 6-mins on the H25 bus to Feltham Station and Feltham town centre, or a 20-min walk, or 5-minute cycle. Feltham has fast trains into London Waterloo (25-mins) or to Reading and Windsor & Eton Riverside. The 290 takes you to Twickenham in 10-mins (I cycle everywhere). It's about 20-mins by car to Heathrow Airport, Bedfont Lakes or Richmond.

Rent: The rent includes all bills except for gas, electricity (approx £50/month pp) and water (approx £22/month pp) which we'll split equally between us.

About me: I’m friendly, creative and down-to-earth with a busy life. I work full-time and am studying for a counselling qualification part-time in the evenings. I travel at least twice a year and love walking, running and cycling.

About you: Ideally you will be working or studying and similarly active with your own interests and friendships. Working from home is fine a few days a week, but not full-time.
