I have available a ground floor one double bedroom with attached ensuite within a four bedroom semi detached house with large garden. Located 5-10 minutes walking distance away from Gants Hill station (Central Line), Central London reachable in 30 minutes, with off street parking also available. 

Bedroom - Double room, ceiling spot lights, modern wall lights and security panic alarm installed. A wall mounted television (basic) and a double glazed window to side of property. The room is available furnished with double bed, large wardrobe and side cabinet. There is also a desk and chair if required.

Ensuite - comprises of a large walk in shower room with wall mounted shower and overhead shower. There is no bath tub. Separate wc and built in basin with wall mirror and cabinets housed within the ensuite room.

Kitchen area will be shared with access to your own fridge. Use of washing machine allowed but no tumble dryer. Garden area can be utilised to dry wet clothes in particular.

I am looking for a lodger who is vegetarian, does not consume alcohol within my home and is a non smoker within my premises. No overnight guest allowed.
