Hi, I have one double room available to rent in a quiet, 6 bedroom house. The house is fully-furnished, with large garden and off-road parking for three cars.. NO COUPLES OR SHARERS please!

The house is in easy access to local amenities, with good local transport links, including travel to Central London via Elizabeth, District and Hammersmith & City Lines.

Goodmayes station is a 5-10 bus ride or a 15 minute walk, which takes you to Liverpool Street in 20mins. Barking tube station is a 10 minute bus ride, where the C2C takes you to Fenchurch St station in 4 stops. Local shops include a Lidil and Tesco’s Extra. and Goodmayes Park is on our d5-oorstop, ideal for exercise sessions!

The room has a double bed, a wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV and access to super-fast broadband. All bills, linen and a cleaner are included in the rent cost.

The spacious, kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, crockery/utensils, leads into a dining room, which then leads into a large, separate lounge to relax in, with TV. There is a separate laundry room.

I am looking for a non-smoking lodger, NO COUPLES OR SHARERS please! I am a live-in landlord.
