The house is in easy access to local amenities, with good local transport links, including travel to Central London via Elizabeth Line.

Goodmayes station is a 10 minute walk, which takes 20 mins to Liverpool Street. Local shops include a Lidil and Tesco’s Extra. Goodmayes Park is on our doorstop, ideal for lockdown exercise sessions!

Three bedrooms share one bathroom. and there s an extra toilet on the ground floor. The room has a double bed, linen, wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV and access to super-fast broadband. All bills and a monthly cleaner are included.

The spacious, kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, crockery/utensils and leads into a large dining room. There is a separate laundry room and a large lounge to relax in, with TV.

i am looking for non-smoking professional or student, but NO COUPLES OR SHARERS please! This is a room only let, not a house share and I am a live-in landlord.
