It's a good size small double room with a wardrobe and table - also a digital TV cable installed but that would be extra if you want a Virgin box - usual furnishings of a bed and bedside table. The adjacent bathroom contains an original roll-top Edwardian bath with marbled walls and a diving helmet with colour-changing bulbs (everyone should have one) . The kitchen has the usual kitchen stuff - bespoke wood design with the usual oven, kettle, air-fryer, microwave, fridge and freezer.

Students or those taking some form of educational course preferred but not exclusively.
