THE HOUSE
We have a clean, warm and homely house which has been maintained at a high standard. The house is fully furnished, central heated, double glazed, bright, nice and quiet. We are looking for working professional or mature student who are responsible, sensible and respectful. The house is in an excellent location, seven minutes walk to Sudbury Hill Tube station.

THE BEDROOM
We are offering is a bright, spacious, fully furnished and well decorated room in the first floor with double bed, new mattress and mattress cover in. It also includes big fitted wardrobe and drawers, dressing mirror and table (can be used as office desk) and bed side table – suitable for single occupation (ideal for female occupant).
We may also consider couple, or Short term lets, but the rent will be slightly higher. Please feel free to discuss these options over the phone.

THE KITCHEN
The house has a clean kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezers and utensils. Kitchen appliances includes microwave, kettle, oven/grill, stove, toaster, slow cooker, blender etc.

THE DINNING AREA
Spacious area with dining table and a separate coffee area to relax and enjoy morning coffee/tea.

SITTING AREA
Cozy sitting area with fireplace and television.

THE GARDEN
Specious decking and patio at the back of the property with beautiful flowers, water fountain , awning and rattan garden furniture, best for BBQ in summer! The house also has front garden with loads of beautiful flowers ( we love gardening).

PARKING
Road side parking.

TRANSPORT/THE AREA
Closest tube station: Sudbury Hill less than 7 min walk, Sudbury Hill Harrow station about 9 mins walk and Greenford station about 13 min walk.

Central London: 30mins by tube and 20 mins by Overground.

Buses: bus stop located less than a minute outside the home, Bus Route 487, 92, H17

Shops: 5mins walk
